Our little family needs to grow again!

SWIX is looking for two developers to work on some pretty cool new projects!  One of the lucky new hires will be responsible for building all of the front-end code for our user interfaces.  If you’ve seen any of the UI’s that have come out of SWIX in the past, let me tell you, you ain’t seen nothing yet!  You should see some of the stuff we’ve designed and are about to unleash on the world this fall.  You’ll get to push the envelope building responsive UI’s in CSS3, HTML5, jQuery and together we’ll show the world how it’s really done.  We’re looking for someone with up to a couple years web UI development experience.  Good command of Javascript is necessary.

The 2nd position is for a Django developer.  We’ve got a brand new product module idea that will go with our upcoming fall release of our new enterprise social marketing platform.  This module/app is going to make you the hero of social marketers everywhere.  You’ll work with our crack team of Django demigods and get product ownership over one of the products in our upcoming suite.  We’re looking for someone with up to a couple years experience with:  Django, PostgreSQL, Python, Github, and general server-side tinkery.

SWIX is now comprised of 11 amazing people in the Byward Market.  We’re in one of the hottest markets (social media) and have a blast at what we do.  There’s nothing like the startup environment to make life worth living!
